October is the Month dedicated to the Holy Rosary.
Words from our Pastor Father Diaz: “The Holy Rosary is a powerful weapon against the snares of evil; It is so powerful that it disarms the devil and changes lukewarm hearts into fiery hearts and in love with Jesus our Lord. When we pray it with devotion, we become configured with the Lord. According to the testimonies of Sister Lucia, a visionary in Fatima, when we pray it with love, heaven opens, and many graces are poured out on the person who is being prayed for. For this reason, it is important to pray it with love, to unravel those Hail Mary’s with joy and enthusiasm, knowing that we beat down and destroy all stalking of the devil.”
So here’s the challenge, if you choose to accept it: Pray one rosary a day, for the month of October!
This challenge is open to individuals and families too. If you pray as an individual, simply fill out the form below each day that you have prayed the Rosary, and the total above will change. If you’re praying as a family, fill out the form but include the total number of rosaries you prayed as a family (i.e. if you’re a family of 4, and each of you prayed the rosary, that’s 4 rosaries). Please be honest!
