A Message from Bishop Burbidge
Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ,
As we discern together how best to advance the mission of the Diocese of Arlington, I am inviting every priest, parishioner, and friend of the diocese to share their perspective.
I desire to hear from as many people as possible and so invite you to complete an online survey. The survey will help me as the diocese prepares to launch a capital campaign with the theme of One in Christ, Joyful in Mission. The objectives and projects of the proposed campaign will be rooted in the 2022-2026 Diocesan Strategic Plan, which was developed through the consultation of twenty-six focus groups, three surveys, and the generous participation of thousands of faithful across all seventy parishes.
The proposed campaign would support important projects associated Catholic education, works of mercy, and parish vitality.
Before any decisions are made, I request your thoughts.
Please take a few minutes (approximately ten) to complete an online survey by following the link or QR code available in the parish bulletin. Your response will be confidential and reviewed as part of a whole, not individually. Your thoughts and recommendations will help to guide this effort. Be assured of my prayers for you.
