World Day of Prayer for Vocations | Sunday, May 3, 2020

Sunday May 3, Good Shepherd Sunday, is World Day of Prayer for Vocations. Will you make a special effort to ask the Lord for more vocations to the priesthood and religious life?

–  Pray for the priests who have ministered to you throughout your life, both living and dead

–  Keep our parish priests, Fr. Juan, Fr. Javier, Fr. Jaime, and Fr. Ignacio, in your prayers throughout the week.

–  Encourage your children, grandchildren, or other young people to consider a vocation as a priest or religious brother or sister.

–  Pray a rosary for more young men and women in our diocese to respond to God’s call.

–  Read Pope Francis’ message for World Day of Prayer for Vocations.

–  Visit for more resources and prayers for vocations.

That like the man born blind, we will allow Jesus to open our eyes and hearts to His will and to inspire more men and women to respond to His call to serve Him and His Church as priests, deacons and in the consecrated life, we pray to the Lord.
